Aqua Movement | Adults

Our sparkling clean pools are set to 89-90 degrees!  The soothing comfort of warm water will help relax your muscles, giving you a gentle yet extremely effective way to exercise. Benefits of warm water exercise include:

* Low impact on your joints
* Improved cardiovascular fitness
* Improved mobility, flexibility and coordination
* Improved muscle tone, strength, and endurance
* Improved core strength

Exercise at your own pace and level.  This is your time- exercise how you want! You can walk in the water for an hour, kick, swim, or just float and enjoy the warm water.  This is the time and place for you.  A Salem Instructor will be on site to help and encourage you or offer helpful suggestions as needed.

Learn-to-Swim | Adults

It’s never too late to learn to swim!  Adults interested in learning to swim or increasing confidence in the water should enroll in class below or contact us.   We will organize additional adult classes based on interest, or you can choose private instruction.
