Frequently Asked Questions

Booster Club Questions

During a typical and busy practice day, there are many athletes and levels working out together simultaneously. We strongly encourage athletes to try their best to make it to their scheduled workouts. In the event that something comes up, the coaches may be able to extend an additional workout time with another group for your athlete to make up for their missed practice, but this is not guaranteed.

Depending on the circumstance and determined on an individual basis, practice tuition can be pro-rated no more than ½ the rate.

Questions for Coaches

Hair should be pulled back and secured neatly, away from the face and off of the neck. There should be no “messy buns”

Depending on the timeline of the injury and recovery, the athlete can be scratched (or removed) from the competition roster. While we will try to retrieve refunds for your athletes registration, refunds can not always be guaranteed depending on the date of the meet, the deadline for scratches and the meet’s refund policy.

Depending on the circumstance, severity of the injury and recommendation from the athlete's doctor, there are usually ways the coaches are able to modify practice for the injured athlete.

Actual meet schedules are usually made available by the hosting club a couple weeks before the date of the meet.

All competitions on the schedule are mandatory, unless otherwise stated. Exceptions to this policy would include: a sudden illness/injury or death in the family. A letter from your doctor must be provided in order to receive a refund from the host club; depending on their policy. You will still be responsible for coaches fees.
