The goal is to help your child become a successful, confident, and increasingly independent member of the group – not to provide continuous one-on-one instruction throughout the class.
If you’re unsure whether the Gym Buddy Program is the right fit for your child, we’re happy to help! If you don’t see a day or time that works for your family, simply email Alexis at alexis@salemgym.com, and we’ll be happy to see what options may be available .
My Gym Buddy
Every kid deserves a great class. Some just need a little extra in their corner.
The Gym Buddy Program is designed for children who are part of a group gymnastics class but may need or want some extra support to feel confident, participate successfully, and learn how to follow along with the group.
A Gym Buddy may be a great fit for a child who:
- Benefits from extra encouragement, individualized guidance, or a little more time to process directions.
- Has difficulty staying focused or following the coach’s instructions in a group setting.
- Is ready to participate in a group class but needs additional support to do so successfully.
- Would benefit from having a coach nearby to help them navigate the class and build confidence.
Gym Buddy including Class Fee $278/month
- Please Note A Gym Buddy is not a private lesson within a group class.
