The statistics are alarming.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC):

Over the past three decades the childhood obesity rate has:

·        More than doubled for preschool children aged 2-5 years

·        More than tripled for children aged 6-11 years

·        More than doubled for adolescents aged 12-19 years

Our Fitness Bound programs address the epidemic of sedentary children
by providing active, safe & fun activities adaptable for ANY age child!

Fit-Nastics

An exciting program that can be taught at your school to enhance your P.E. curriculum or as a convenient after school activity. 

Field Trips

Introduce your students to the joys of gymnastics during an active, fun filled field trip at Salem Gymnastics!

Parties

at our facility or yours.  We have hosted graduation and end-of-year celebrations for entire grade levels (up to 150 children)!

Carnivals & Festivals

We can bring active entertainment to your special event.
